Design and Build of a 30,000 sqm retirement village centre and multi storey apartment blocks. This included HV/LV reticulation throughout a multi building site, which was comprised of 124 Hospital Rooms, 136 Apartments, Secure Unit, Swimming Pool, Commercial Kitchen and Laundry. This project spanned 29 months, and was completed on time and budget.
